Buying a Deal
We send out our packaged property deals weekly via email to our investors on Thursdays at 09:15am
This is the only way that we send out our deals.
If you are interested in buying one of the properties, you need to follow the simple step-by-step process on the email we send each week:
Text to register your interest
We will call back in the order of texts received and give you basic details about the property
If you wish to proceed we will send out our Terms & Conditions and an invoice for our Finder’s Fee
From this point the sale goes through as a normal sale and you will deal directly with the agent
We will of course be on hand if you have any queries throughout the process
